Working with Rokform Capital is a streamlined and straightforward process, designed to get you the funding you need with minimal hassle.
Our streamlined process ensures that you receive the financial support you need with minimal disruption, allowing you to concentrate on your business goals. Here’s how you can start partnering with us in just a few easy steps:
01 Initial Consultation
Contact us to discuss your needs and goals, and we’ll explore how we can assist you. The more information you can provide at this stage, the better we can tailor our support to your requirements.
02 Terms Issued
We will provide you with bespoke terms within 24 hours.
03 Legal process & Valuation
Once the terms are accepted, we will instruct our team of solicitors to liaise with yours. They will manage all legal processes and paperwork in preparation for your signature. During this time, the valuation will also be completed.
04 Funds Released
Typically, within 14 to 28 days of acceptance, we will be ready to complete and the funds will be released.
05 Loan Progression
Throughout the loan we will be in touch or on hand to discuss the progress and if applicable, arrange the Monitoring Surveyor visits for drawdowns.
06 Redemption
When you are ready to complete on the sale or the refinance, we will issue the redemption statement to help with the swift redemption of our loan.
