We offer investors the opportunity to participate in our loans at Rokform Capital on a deal specific basis. Providing a safe, passive and hands off investment, backed by our 1st charge security we have on the asset.
We underwrite our loans in-house and heavily invest our own funds which are only returned after our investors have been repaid.
Peace of Mind
Investors enter into a Loan Participation Agreement and we have 1st charge security on our Loans as well as Personal Guarantees from the borrower.

We pay our investors 1% interest per month on the last day of each month, providing a regular passive income.
The background
Launched in 2022, Rokform Capital are a Private Lender using our own money to fund deals, with our reputation starting to spread and clients returning for more funding, we have opened up to investors to enable us to leverage our loan book to enable us to meet the demand and continue to build relationships with our clients as their funding partner.
The security
All of our loans are secured by 1st charge on the land or asset, up to a maximum of 75% Loan to Value, coupled with a debenture on the company and PGs from all borrowers / Directors.
Loan management
We regularly contact the borrower and also visit the property to ensure everything is on track throughout the loan.
Underwriting
Our in-house underwriting ensures we analyse the all the crucial information from the borrower profile, right through to the exit. All loans are subject to a RICS valuation.
